Gina is a professionally trained pastry chef from NYC. She graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education with a degree in baking & pastry arts in 2016. She has been baking & decorating for over ten years. She has experience in teaching cake & cookie decorating classes as well as working with chocolate, sugar, cakes, donuts, breads, etc. Gina has been specializing in wedding cakes for about 4 years.
